Enabling Usages Tracking in OBIEE 11g

This post would help you for enabling usages tracking in OBIEE 11g .

please follow below instructions.

1.       Login into EM from weblogic user:

2.       Go to System MBean Browser using below navigation:

Weblogic Domain >   click  > bifoundation_domain >  right click  >  System MBean Browser

3.       Go to BIDomain > operations using below navigation :

oracle.biee.admin > BIDomain > BIDomain >  operations

4.       Invoke lock operation:

               lock > click > invoke

5.        Go to BIDomain.BIInstance.ServerConfigration > Attributes

Update the attributes details like below:

Click Apply

6.       Again go back to BIDomain>operations

7.       Invoke commit operation:

 commit > click > invoke commit

8.        restart the bi services :
